2.0 Hardtop Production

Does anyone have an idea as to how production of the hardtops is going? It seems most are concerned as to where they are in line . But I really think the hardtops are still going to be major restraint going into the 22MY. Any news or predictions are welcomed

When FMC sent me an email about placing the MY22 order, they said that a soft top was going to continue to be the quickest way of obtaining a Bronco in the coming year. So yes, it sounds like it will continue to be a constrained option.

I got the note today that my replacement top is available, so maybe they are catching up? Our former insider has been back at his normal plant for a while, plus he got his Bronco, so he probably isn't digging for info as much anymore?

So do you know the dealership replacement process ?
Are they going to reuse the glass from your MIC 1.0 ?
Is it a one day process?

Call the dealer to verify parts and schedule, 1/2 day process (recommends a full day schedule), quarter glass replaced, rear glass re-used.

No, I will probably have it done at Thanksgiving. They are to replace everything but rear glass from the notification.
