2.3 Oil Seepage

I was working on my Bronco yesterday and saw what looked like an oil seep, cleaned with brake clean and it came back, anyone else have this issue or know what hose it is? Located on the driver's side by the intake manifold, hose to the right with the green release goes to the intake boot.

PVC baffle? They are know to be leaky with 2.3 boost bleeding off see if Radium Engineering has an alloy baffle plate for your 2.3 midas well get the dirty side catch can as well.

Took me about an hour to change my HPP Mustang one and install UPR catch can.

I was actually installing a catch can yesterday which is how I knew there was a leak, my catch can didn't connect to that hose though. Thank you for your help, I'll look into a baffle plate!

Hmm, so after doing some research, I don't believe that is it, it connects to the manifold, right here in this photo

Just the line that goes into the intake for the purge valve assembly. Honestly not something I would be overly concerned about as it's just a little residue. But if you want, you can replace the line. Part number is MB3Z-9D289-G

Awesome, thank you for your help Ducati1098, it's under warranty so I will probably see if I can get it replaced, if not I won't worry about it.

Yeah I was taken by surprise as well, never touched that hose before
