Wouldn’t put it past them. That or the after market valve caps.

What are you talking about? This engine is one of the easiest to work on. If you have mechanical skill
Define "work on", I've been wrenching on Bronco's since 1983. This one doesn't have too many user serviceable parts. And it literally takes 30sec to get the cover off for you to "work on" it.

That’s why I changed out to thumb screws.
Got mine yesterday - I really like the thumbscrew idea. Will have to research what I can use to replace those.

I like that cover. Looks good. Hmm I would like to do an Oxford White and Black for mine.

Though I do not need to cook :ROFLMAO: The FL heat in Miami will handle that on its own! Would not even need to turn the truck on....Just open the hood!

Mine won’t get hot enough anyways with the vented hood. Maybe in the summer but no way under 70.
