Trying to figure out the hard top on the 2 dr. I know the lit says 3 part roof. But, is this just roof and not include the back and sides? Will the sides also come off in 3 sections? From pic it looks like a seem between rear top, from top and back side.

Someone linked a cbs story which showed them removing. 2 front pieces, then the whole back end came off in 1 piece.

I know they said the 4dr can fit the doors in the trunk. I wonder if the 2dr can fit roof/ doors in the back

They explained the 2-door has very wide doors compared to the 4-door doors which are not wide. You cannot fit the wide 2 doors in the back.
Also, the 4 door can only store the doors, not any of the top pieces.

I posted that, for some reason they moved the thread to "build journals"
google cbs bronco for the video.
It's at 3:33 in that video - it speeds up the motion but appears that one person can take each front panel off and two people are necessary to take the rear section off

Saw somewhere that 2 door has longer doors and you have to put the rear seat down to fit them.

Read that somewhere as well. And apparently Ford says the doors should be stored upright to prevent damage so laying them down flat isn't an option either.

Here is more information to the original question, how many sections:

For those of you not understanding the "Modules" they are as follows:

2-Door
Module #1 - unit over driver's head
Module #2 - unit over passenger's head
Module #3 - unit over rear seat and cargo area, includes rear side windows and back window.
Module #4 - OPTIONAL on 2-Door Painted Top ONLY, "donut hole", "rear sunroof" or whatever term is coined.

4-Door
Module #1 - unit over driver's head
Module #2 - unit over passenger's head
Module #3 - unit over rear seat area
Module #4 - unit over cargo area, includes rear side windows and back window.

Windows
Now @MIguy is a Ford insider who has helped out us longtime forum members have better understanding of the Bronco. While he seems to be giving us the technical engineering picture, the press release does conflict with that. HOWEVER, at release it is typical to see these conflicts in documentation. Do the windows really remove as the press release says? Perhaps, maybe MIguy worked on a different part of the Bronco and does not know all the details. But then again, that is what I hope for as well since I do not what to have to buy a Harken Garage Storage Hoist as we discussed in another post.
What if it's literally just the rear quarter *windows* that are removable, but the rear section of the hardtop is still one big piece.
That way both the press release and MIguy can be right.

The hard top is the only aspect I really don't like about the new Bronco. As someone that would never remove it, I would much rather have a solid top for noise and weather sealing superiority.
