So we all know the window reset feature. A week ago , I remote started my bronco and once I started driving down the road , the windows did not work at all , none of them. I got to work , pulled the 10 amp fuse , checked it , good , put it back in , windows worked again. Today , I get in it , windows , none of them working. Up or down. They index correctly when I open the doors but the switches will not operate the windows , at all. I tried pulling the fuse again. Nothing , once I put it back in. So , stumped about this one , I have forscan but I have not checked any of that yet. Just wondering if anyone has had the windows stop rolling up or down. This is not a indexing problem so the reset has absolutely zero to do with it.

well , i went back out , started it up , windows worked , so its definitely a software issue on start up with sequencing.

Just know that this operation will/may reset anything you may have set with ForScan. Took mine back in for a 'Charging System error' and was greeted with the 'Double Honk' (ugh!) when I picked it up along with everything else I wanted to keep (lights, etc.). I had to redo it all again.

I know this is dumb, but figured I would ask. have you double checked the window lock isn't engaged by the window buttons?

Sorry - meant to connect my post to the one that mentioned Ford Service flashing the system to correct this issue. Unhooking the Battery would have no effect on the ForScan settings.
