Calling out everyone else as a Karen when you're one of the biggest here is just downright humorous.
Truly, what in your mind makes me a "Karen"?

Anyway, I never called them out as being Karens. I simply said, it sure does sound like them.

So maybe you're not requiring as wide a range of tasks as other people are.

These things are expensive. Why limit its capabilities, is what most people think.

On top of that, the 2-door-or-die crowd sure does sound like the "I'll never have a minivan! It just screams MOM!" suburban Karens, chasing after fashion to fit into a specific crowd.
Or maybe I do the same amount of tasks, but do it in style. I am not seeing where my capabilities are limited save one cramped rear seating position for taking kids to school or after school activities.

A Karen isn't a trendsetter or follower.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karen_(slang)

You're on a Bronco forum, we all love them but you're especially in a 2 door thread where the love is just a little more than just driving an appliance. If you don't get then you don't get it, move on.

I don't understand how this Karen thing applies to Broncos. Oh well.

"Karen is a slang term typically used to refer to an upper middle-class white American woman who is perceived as entitled or excessively demanding.[1] The term is often portrayed in memes depicting middle-class white women who "use their white and class privilege to demand their own way"

moar-door baby, I got rear cupholders! Just wish I could figure out how to reverse the rear doors for that suicide opening access. Then I'd be cruzin'!
Nah, you want minivan-style sliding doors! :ROFLMAO:

Seriously, I own a minivan (Ford Transit Connect, 2G) that's actually a darned useful vehicle and that doesn't look like the standard minivan suburban blobmobile. The sliding doors are extremely convenient, in the same way that the suicide doors on some extended-cab pickups were great. No door in your way when you want to access the rear and the front at the same time or alternately.

I would add the Jeep FC to your list.

My grandfather owned a blue and white Jeep FC van. He was a share crop farmer and a carpenter. The van was his tool van. They might just be the rarest of all Jeeps.

Or maybe I do the same amount of tasks, but do it in style.
It's not amount. It's type of tasks.

There are some things a 2 door can't do.

As for your "style" comment....fashion?

Name something the 2 door "can't" do that the 4 door can, other than opening the rear doors or removing the middle hatch.

Meh…
I’ve owned previous gen broncos and loved em. 2doors and all. So I don’t really need to pretend to try and be ā€œheritageā€. Been there, have the T-shirt.
My prior vehicle was a 4 door F250. Was great for its function. Towing our Rv with room for 90 and 55 lb dogs.
When I looked into the Bronco, I wasn’t especially looking for an off road vehicle. I was looking for something that didn’t kick this old (with a bad back) man’s ass on every little bump, but was still fun.
I actually brought Gretchen, our 90 lb Giant Schnauzer with two re-built knees with.
she hated trying to get into the 2dr.
So I went with my OBX Sas Lux. My and her best choice.
Y’all are making this wayyyy more than it is.

But wait…hill climbs aside, doesn’t the longer wheelbase (shallower breakover) of the 4 door limit one of the most important ā€œtasksā€ for an off road vehicle?

Like I said above, I understand the practical appeal of the 4 door. But I gotta say it… softness/convenience are definite factors boosting the 4 door’s popularity. And that bums me out about the world in 2024, going beyond just 4x4s. People with no creativity are using AI to make art that is 73% as interesting and 100% derivative, because they know most people have no taste and won’t call them out. Uncrustables crowd our freezers…because making a PBJ is just too hard.

But, people still listen to vinyl records. Is it more portable, convenient, or easier? Nope. But it has feel/soul/warmth that you don’t get out of Spotify and earbuds. My wife and I call things like this ā€œlost processesā€ for lack of a better term.

So, the 2 door Bronco. It’s not easy, but superior style and capability come at a price. For me, that price is sliding the seats forward every day when I pick my kids up for school. Big deal. Nobody ever wonders if I’m a Karen.

Keep preaching that gospel brother and keep doing God’s work!

The softening and Karen’ing of America may be our current state, but if we keep fighting the good fight, maybe we can save some of these poor souls who are ready to move towards the light.

Sometimes i feel like I’m on here fighting the fight alone, then a shining new Knight appears and we have the 2 Dr Cartel getting after it; I have some hope! :)

Not sure if anybody wonders if I’m a Karen, but I doubt it when a 90 lb K9 trained Giant is guarding my Karenly back set of doors. :cwl:
