I’m wondering how long others waited for delivery this year?

I waited about 15 minutes while the dealer filled up the tank.

Mine is the same but I checked with the Dealer and it should be there next week hopefully. I see yours was built or released on 6-23 you are one day ahead of me!

Just heard from my salesman that my Bronco wich is in shipped status will not arrive until near the end of July. Said thay are not obligated to honor employee pricing since its arriving so long after the cut-off. However, they have a few on lot i'd be welcomed to purchase by Monday. Im wondering how they're gonna sell these things after July 7th!

Well that’s disappointing. I think I was reading that dealers Didn’t have to participate at all. But I remember it Saying that you had to place an order by the cut off date. Not your fault that it’s taking longer to build. But at the end of the day I guess it’s up to the dealer? That’s annoying.

... Ask your dealer if THEY checked the box for COVP ?

That locks you into the offers at the time the order was placed.

It seems the initial order was a dealer order they had that was 95% of my requirements. i had thought once we agreed on everything the order was mine, guess thats not true. They offered to let me have that one or order another at employee pricing. Ended up ordering from scratch since the one commimg in had a couple of small things I didn't want. Guess I'm looking at October now, but I'm in no rush.

I ordered mine on 5/28 and my dealership signed my order form stating that I will get employee pricing. My build date is 8/4, so I expect to see it at the end of August.

… that’s the COVP process along with the dealership getting a copy of your drivers license…

but Tim stated in another video that there is a field on the input screen that needs to be filled in to lock the current deals… today that’s employees pricing.

I ordered my 4/15, confirmed same day, took till 5/15 for scheduling, and build … 7/14

Anyone interested in the Ford order process…. You should know this.

This video starting @ the 30:00 minute mark, spells it out for any order.

COVP is the process Ford uses to validate that the order placed by a dealer is actually for a customer, [not a dealer gaming Ford]

For the customer to get incentives in effect on the day of order, the dealer needs to complete and get Ford’s approval on the paperwork.

Plus the dealer needs to click the ‘protect date’ field….
