Even the 2026 Bronco Sport is getting Orange Fury. I don’t understand the logic behind these decisions.
The only logic that I can currently think of is..... the Sport is built in a different factory. Now if Orange Fury shows up as 2026 Ranger color, then I will agree with you in questioning why isn't it offered on the Bronco?

I said the Free Wheeling appearance package would be a flop, wasting time, money and effort on an option that no customers nor dealers want.
Now I see this appearance package has been cancelled on the Bronco Sport.

-Badlands (only special edition with disco for years (outside of FE), and and in interior unique to only itself, as well as unique shocks) Disco now available

-Wildtrak (only special edition with the new rack, Fox shocks, dedicated wheels and interior unique to itself, as well as Baja mode, rear stabilizer bar) The rack and Fox shocks, and staybar now available

OBX (only special edition available with painted trim) perhaps once that was a WT thing also

Did the HE edition have low production numbers? It certainly outsold the Base.

To me they are all just trims, outside the limited and FE.
I had a FE and now a heritage limited. It's my understanding that those are the two most fully loaded, and offered capable non-custom built broncos. They being the equivalent of each other, with the limited having the newer hoss system. (I never include Raptors as they are really Broncos lol)
I'm really disappointed that Ford is essentially making any difficult to get a good two-door, short of a custom order. Even then. Limited on trend.. it's lame because the two-door is the only Bronco that really resemble the OG

The Stroppe was a nice bone to throw the geezers but a 4 door? So dumb. What the actual fck are you thinking, Ford? And is a 2 door Raptor really too much to ask? Or even a 6 cylinder engine paired with a manual tranny?

I’ll tell you this much: if we see the day where you can’t order a Bronco with two doors and a stick then Ford might as well just sell electric Scouts to suburban soccer moms and call it a day.
I agree 100%. . I have now owned two-door broncos. **And yes that was when my kids were young. I understand that two doors are not popular in terms of sales, nor are they with Jeep since the four-door was introduced, but Jeep is not getting rid of the two doors. If Ford wants to keep the off-road capable vibe going, why the heck would they not accommodate that area of the business better!?

But thats what Ford does anymore. They come out with a car the best of its type and push sales but as soon as they begin to fall off Ford quits producing the model while the rest of the industry sells copies. Two rect ones are the Focus and the CMAX and same vintage the small delivery van that everyone else is manufacturering now. I look to see the Bronco dumped in a couple of more years.

They stopped making the wildly popular Transit Connect. It was pretty popular for businesses

True. I don't know if you remember when the Ford ranger and Chevy S10 were smaller trucks. I honestly think that a smaller pickup truck would do well. They're more affordable and have better gas mileage. The Chevy Colorado, GMC Canyon and ranger are all midsized. I guess they're just trying to get a piece of that to Tacoma market

I remember back when it was just a Toyota "truck" and they were as small as the Ranger and S10.

Well there were no small trucks untill Datsun entered the scene back in the 60's. Thank you Datsun. Then Datsun changed their name to Nissan at least thats what people thought when in fact that had always been there name. Nissan had just adopted Datsun for the USA market because they did not think it would sell under the name of the company that had killed so many Americans during the war. When i learned that I thought it very funny because Ford and GM both were big in Europe during the war and produced equipment for Germany which was used to kill Americans. ........laughing....it was US company made trucks and tires that drove the German war machine during the war. What bothered me was the russian use of US and Canadian made trucks to invade and exterminate the people living in north eastern Asia after the end of the war. Russia had no truck manufacturing presence to speak of and could not have killed all those people without the availability of north American made trucks. This fact has not been much publicized but it is documented and real with numbers of people exterminated many times greater than the holocaust so much in the limelight.

Enough history

It is more complex than that.
Nazi Germany effectively took control of production.

And those trucks were part of the lend lease program when Russia was an ally during the war.

My dealership quoted me a 25 and a 26 with same features...$1800 difference
I wish people would stop taking things so literally... yes I said and a $5k increase... ok, so it wasn't a $5k increase, but the TYPICAL Ford increase year after year. Yet every year Ford has a ton of recalls, quality hasn't changed since the Bronco was released... They haven't UPGRADED a damn thing to the trucks, yet the prices continually rise.

Back in 2021 I got a 4 Door BaseSquatch, 2.7l. I believe I paid around $42k out the door. Go configure a current model year BaseSquatch and tell me what you come up with... you'll need to add even more to the price since the 2.7l isn't even available in the lower trims. But I guarantee you that same spec'd vehicle would be $52k or most likely higher. I'd B&P it myself, but it seems Ford's site doesn't want to B&P a 4 door Base today. 🤷‍♂️ So you tell me, what has Ford done to warrant a $10k+ increase in 4 years? Other than give people a reason to purchase an extended warranty.

chuckle...oh yes and lots more. But it was still an American company huilding war materials for nazi Germany.....This is even funnier, Krupt?? spelling maybe, was selling products to the USA during part of the war. Krupt, the sole propietershup that ah even modified the law for regaurding homosexuals because of the Krupt current president that was inclined in that direction. I could go on and on regaurding what i have learned reading old books. One that may interest you is titled, The Arms of Krupt, its about a thousand pages but a great read that begins with a poor bavarian farmer in...don't remeber the year but well before maybe 1800. Here is mention of the book in the Hey York Times
