3/31/23 Heritage order Questions

Hi, I ordered and placed a $500.00 deposit on a black Heritage 3/31/23
I got from the dealer a preview order which has very little info on it which i signed.
i have no other info or communication from the dealer since then.

Is there anything I should do ?

I would start by calling your dealer for status and insure they have the correct email listed for you. Did you receive any emails from ford at all? You should have received an order confirmation email from Ford right after the order was placed.

Some parts on your order can affect scheduling especially If you ordered a 2 Dr and not a 4 Dr Heritage. If you ordered a 2 Dr and haven't been scheduled as of yet you really need to speak with your dealer. Also, I think black is a limited availablity or a constraint that maybe an issue. If you ordered a 4 Dr heritage then you Maybe all right.

Talk to your dealer because you should have heard something

Quite a few March '23 order holders still waiting to get scheduled but @laudra is right, check with your dealer for a status first.

Update and thanks for your replys.

I spoke with dealer they stated

1. they have my order and it is in with Ford but dont know why i didnt get email from Ford
2. they say my status is not scheduled yet
3. they say that i probably should build a 2024 now and that its likely i wont see anything until next year.

Unfortunately their right, however, I'm not sure if you can keep your 23MY order active if so let it ride and put in your 24MY ORDER. The only thing that's a bummer ford is not accepting 2dr HE HEL orders for now.
