Doubtful this will work based on what I’ve seen, but can anyone comment for sure? I will be removing my crash bars no doubt. I just don’t feel like buying new rims (lack of storage in my home for 5 whee/tires.

I believe at minimum you will have to put some 1" wheel spacers to make up for the 25 mm difference in offset of the OBX vs Sasquatch rims to keep from rubbing on suspension parts

No only do i think you will have some rubbing if you dont have a Sasquatch. BUT I believe the wheels are only 9” or maybe 9.5” wide vs 10-10.5 needed for that tire.

Minimum recommended wheel width is usually 8.5" for a 12.5" wide tire. You can do a 315 on 8" but not sure how wide OBX wheels are...

If you want to keep that rim, you need to go with 315/70/r18s - 35x12.5/18 it's ideal to have a 10 or higher. Not that you cannot get away with it though

EDIT: Just did a Google search, 18s are not popular with the 315/70 selection I think there are only 2 or 3 on Discount Tire Direct

Thanks! I’ve seen people saying 285/75/18’s are better and more plentiful if you don’t mind losing girth. Mine is more about sidewall and some girth.

I honestly couldnt justify spending the money on anything other than 34.5s or 35s... I also just love the look of a little poke from the fenders ;)

Amen to that, so you’re saying ditch the 18’s and go for 17” wheels with 315/70/17’s since they are plentiful?

Yes, 18s are so hard to find when it comes to offroading... you either have 17s or 20s and 20s don't look so good on a Bronco

Discount Tire Direct has a great tire Pathfinder AT(it is their own brand) I'm currently running it with no complaints and a huge selection of 17s to choose from

I had no problem picking up these 18in Method wheels and 35x18x12.5 KO2s from Discount. You’re right though, 18 is as big of wheel as I would go. Go to 20s and you lose to much sidewall.

Ford Bronco 35/12.5/18 tires on stock OBX rims? 2F1099CD-1149-4070-879A-647146F49B94
that is a good find, when doing my search I was finding that I was paying $50 more for an 18" wheel over a 17" wheel... but yes, stay away from going any higher

Yeah I’m going to go for a 17” wheel with a 315 tire. Not doing any off-roading so at most a 1” lift might happen in the future. Thanks man!
