Have you taken it off road? Any issues with steering? Nice bronco!
Thanks! We’ve taken it to Colorado a few times for some mild off-roading, but nothing too gnarly yet. Got a couple of trips planned this summer and hope to test it out more.

No problems whatsoever with steering. Did buy a tie rod kit from @trickydick as cheap insurance (nice kit!), but hope I don’t ever need it.

Since OP was interested in mileage, I’ll add that we got significantly better mileage in the mountains where speeds are much slower. Somewhere between 17-19 on the pavement. Don’t really remember what it was on the trails, though.

I have a base with 3.73 gears 2.3 auto

I get 16-17 mpg, honestly not too bad. Definitely lost some throttle but I am pretty happy with the end results. Tried to get a light setup to not stress the transmission too much. Think it worked out well so far.
You will need to remove the crash bars. If your looking to get to 35s I’d definitely recommend light tires or even the sas take off tires.

What offset are those rims? No lift at all? Looks great!

Good thread. I have a 4dr SAS 2.7 OEM. I was confused when I heard how these Broncos get excellent gas since I am around 15-16, and that's not sport mode. Also I found eco gets maybe 1-2mpg more but that's with a light foot and not highway. I love the power but def not best for gas savings. But I also didn't buy this for gas savings.

Make sure everyone who gives you an answer has corrected their speedo. Not accurate if not.

My GF's 2-Door said it was averaging 16.3 before correcting the speedo. Corrected, it reads 17.6 avg. 35x12.50 on 17's but with the 4.27 axle ratio
How did you correct the speedometer?

2 Dr Base, 2.7, axle back dual exhaust, KN air intake, 285 70R17's.
Since new, 11,000 miles average 22.3 mpg.
My driving is almost exclusively highway.
Just took a 350 mile trip, mostly interstate, at 70 mph average speed and was getting 22.6.
If I keep it at 60 I get just over 23 mpg.
This is vehicle computer numbers, I only did a manual check once it it was within .3 mpg of the computer.
