Dealers of the group, I have some questions.

How does Ford view our builds with respect to MY. 2021 since they are coded M on the VIN?
It is very unlikely that Ford would change the VIN on your Bronco to make it a 22MY. We are basically stuck with a 21MY

Does Ford view the top as essential piece or as an accessory? If it is essential, then our builds are not complete until that is finished. If they are not finished until 2022 then that’s what ours should be. If it is an accessory or option, then our build should be allowed to be shipped without or we should have the option to change them so that they ship as 21s in 21.
To my knowledge the top is an essential part of Bronco and it is probably the reason why our orders are listed as “Produced” and not “Built”. The vehicle isn’t 100% complete until it gains the “Built” status

If the hard tops in whatever fashion they will be are not ready until after the change over, then will our VINs be changed to code for 2022?
Probably not. Again there isn’t really any precedent to go off of that I am aware of. This is very much uncharted waters

Do we as future owners have grounds for a class action to have our years changed, citing depreciation
I wouldn’t bet on it.

At this point what is best case scenario and what is most likely?

Best case at this point is September delivery and realistically by the end of the calendar year they might have the lot cleared.

I reserved on the first night, was the first allocation at my dealer, devoured every piece of news I could get for a year. Got my truck built and then sorry we aren’t shipping it. Honestly I haven’t had a car at this point for 5 months, I didn’t need this exact vehicle but I need something.

Just hoping I can get my deposit back from my dealer at this point and go get something I can tolerate.

This is like the feeling you got the first time a girl dumped you depressing
Levine says they're hoping to get the FE's out this year and he also says soft tops are not going to be an option for 2-doors so I'm not sure we have any hope for a 2021 delivery, sadly.

Hello Family. Figured I'd post on here before making a new thread in the morning.
I just spent a good 3 hours making more "Badges" to encompass all B6G Members current status.

Please review and provide any input on things that work and thing that dont.
I'm sure there are zingers that I completely glossed over or tweaks to the artwork that can make these thing shine.

The end goal is perhaps stickers? Being 🇨🇦 though we really do not have many online options that don't charge us an arm and a leg so I may need to rely on someone else on here to set that up if someone's interested.

Let's keep these on 06/30 for the time being, I don't want bootleg copies getting out should I end up making some changes tomorrow.

Cheers,
@CO-Bronco

I prefer the original one that said "bad roof" on it (so much so, now it's my avatar), but this one is probably better for making stickers out of.

And if we can get some stickers made, I'd slap this on one of my rear quarter windows before it even leaves the lot!

I don't mind putting it back for Electronic Media purposes, but considering the badges/sticker are ~4"x4" it wasn't going to be very legible.

Glad you like them though!

I'm glad I didn't wait around for mine to arrive and bought a jeep 2 months ago. I probably will never see the 2 door I ordered that has been sitting for 40 plus days. But I'd gladly abandon it push it to a 22 if that's made an option for us since there are no soft tops available for the 2 doors. I guess we will see shortly what all of our fates are.

Welp, the FAQ leaked. We can all stop holding our breath until September it looks like. At least they say they're going to work oldest units first...

What a giant cluster. So i guess because ford wants to save money shipping roofs my bad roof has to sit in a lot in Dearborn. Ship me my truck, at least i can put it in the garage and you can replace it later like the ones you have shipped. Mistakes cost money ford. /sigh rant over....for now...
