Same status this morning with an 8/5/21 ETA with no shipping confirmation. What is going on here @Ford Motor Company ? This Friday will be the one month mark since being built for me.

@Ford Motor Company here is what built Bronco order holders who haven't shipped yet want to know:

What is the quality check process and the importance of it?
What happens to a vehicle if it fails the quality check?
What is an estimated timeframe, which could be subject to change, of when all the Broncos held for quality checks will be processed and approved for delivery? Days, weeks, months, years?

This information would go a long way of helping with customer satisfaction and help restore order holder confidence. We understand the launch of a new vehicle isn't easy but transparency, even if the news isn't good, is key in this process. Otherwise these mega-threads of upset customers and wild theories will continue to grow and likely spill out into the media making public perception worse for Ford.

At this point, getting angry at Ford isn't going to get us anywhere. We might as well try to spin this into a positive and come together as a group. I can see it now, 30 years from now at the 2051 Barrett-Jackson auction, "now coming across the auction block is a 2021 Ford Bronco which was a part of the "Bad Batch" produced between 6/14 to 7/2." Sorry guys, I am losing my mind over here.

The two people I contacted at Ford didn't have any info and had to go and ask people above them for info (who also didn't have anything to add). At this point the only way to figure out what is going on is to have a source inside of MAP.

So sounds like nobody is in charge. I had a Lance Corporal that played dumb like that in the Marine Corps.
