So the oldest ones on the lot from batches 6/14, then 6/29 get redone roofs first.
We should see ours shipped by the end of September I think.
Not too bad considering the other possibilities.

Well it says we’ll learn when we get it in September. So we don’t really know. But likely I’d say. I’m an optimist however. Ford failed to control the narrative. Would have been interesting to see the exact same set of circumstances with a good communications strategy. I know I’d be less pissed.

Funny how most people were criticizing others for saying that Ford should stop building NEW builds with MIC and focus on those built with issues....here we are with 2,000 deep and Ford has finally decided to stop building MIC and focus on those delivered/built already. This issue could've been much less severe but hey, what do us forum morons know about large-scale production huh?

Just saw Ross say they're going to replace tops for already delivered Broncos before they start on the #BadBatchBroncos.

Edit:
I’m actually ok with this solution. It’s a plan and a hopeful timeline. It’s allows us old builds to be dealt with first. My take is that we get first crack at the new roofs.

Wait, what?
Dude....look at this from Ross lol
No. MIC hardtop production for unscheduled First Edition builds will resume late this year with the updated hardtop design. I wouldn't expect this until probably November, as the new tooling still needs to be completed, installed, and tested before production of the new hard tops can begin. Once that happens, they have committed to building new MIC hardtops for all units that have already been delivered, then the "bad batch" Broncos trapped at MAP, THEN for production of new units.

Guess I will be buying the Ranger Tremor my store has coming in. Thank god Ford allows for two D-Plan pins to be generated per calendar year.
