I just spoke with my dealer and he suspects (but will confirm) that the difference between the M2DZ-18808Labd M2DT-18808L part numbers is that the D and T just reflect different places of manufacture but that the components are functionally the same. Will hopefully get clarification soon.
No, that’s not even close to being correct. M2DT-18808L is not even a valid part number.

The 10 speaker sub service part number is M2DZ-18808-L, the engineering number is M2DT-19A067-AB

For example, here is what you get when you order the 10 speaker sub (M2DZ-18808-L)

Thanks so much for helping me navigate this. Here is the link to the ebay listing for what the seller lists as the "2021-2023 Ford Bronco OEM Subwoofer," part no M2DT-18808L:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/225841163923?_trkparms=amclksrc=ITM&aid=1110006&algo=HOMESPLICE.SIM&ao=1&asc=265705&meid=4f18e8019401401f945e9b96e5ad4767&pid=101224&rk=2&rkt=5&sd=326145093748&itm=225841163923&pmt=0&noa=1&pg=2332490&algv=DefaultOrganicWebV9BertRefreshRankerWithCassiniEmbRecall&brand=Ford&_trksid=p2332490.c101224.m-1

Wondering if I should just go ahead and order this one. My assumption is that this is from a base, non-B&O sound system. Adding to the confusion: The other ebay post with the full assembly (amp, enclosure, subwoofer) lists the subwoofer as 6.5'' size whereas the listing above lists the subwoofer size as 8''.

Edit: Ah-ha! I believe the B&O subwoofer measures 8'' and the base, 7-speaker system subwoofer is 6.5''

Yeah the 7 speaker sub is smaller. That’s Interesting though. I’m not sure where they’re getting that part number or if that will work or not since it isn’t an actual Ford part number.

The N2DZ number isn't coming up with anything in Microcat the only thing sub wise is what @Ducati1098 posted as the assembly. You will still need the Fusion amp, I got mine from this place.

Easier option on the sub beside finding a donor is the Kicker sub which will require a little wire lengthening, couple screws and hole opened slightly to accommodate the bigger speaker basket.

Once that is done you will need Forscan to modify the programming to tell the ACM it has a sub. @RagnarKon has the tutorial on which addresses need to be changed. All of this can sound overwhelming but it really isn't, big thing is finding a dealer if that's the route you're going, who knows what needs to be done and has a laptop with Forscan.

Agreed. It seems like I am ready to go (subwoofer enclosure already in my car, Ford Fusion amp readily orderable, FORSCAN programming and parts install to be done by my local Ford dealership) except for the correct part number for the OEM subwoofer itself.

Yea, Ford doesn't sell the sub apart from the whole enclosure at this time so you may be waiting a long time if that's what you want. May find a donor from another model but can't offer much advice as to which one or what years. Probably still have to go the ebay or Crutchfield by the time it's all sorted out.

Yes, RagnarKon got back to me and it looks like it's just sold as one unit, amp, enclosure and sub. Thanks!

Edit: RagnarKon provided the Ford Part Number for this unit as N2DZ-18C804-A. Thanks RagnarKon!
