8/15 HOUSTON AREA MEET AND GREET - and all that want to make the drive are welcome!

I would like to propose the first Houston BRONCO area meetup for August 15th.

Hopefully I have tagged everyone correctly. I may have grabbed a few of you that may not be in Houston but are closer to Houston then most other places.

We all know that a lot of you have not received your Bronco. Please do not let that stop you from coming. This is just as much about you as it is about the Broncos. All other cars/trucks are welcome also. Bring what you have!

So first order of business - ideas on a location to meet?

I will wait a few days and see if something seems to make its way to the front of the line. at some point I will pick a meeting point. From doing this with other car groups for many years I know we will not be able to make everyone happy and I am sorry for that but after this meet we can work on making the meets move to a different location around Houston so everyone will get a chance to be close to a meet.

This will be a family event. So bring the Family! That said Family locations for this one.

I'm in the Katy area and if I can get off work early enough I'd be down!!! We like going to Saint Arnold, its essentially downtown so those up near the Woodlands probably wouldn't like that lol. Is Vintage Park at 249 and Louetta a good venue? They used to have Coffee and Cars there before idiots ruined it and did burn outs in the parking lot!

City of Tomball has a farmers market on Saturdays. Tejas will open it's doors around 11...line forms around 10 tho...they do have free beer on the patio.

So taking a look I really think Saint Arnold is a good looking place. We have wanted to go in the past and I am not sure if we can get anymore central

I do have a question: Who has their Bronco and will be showing up. I am thinking of contacting them and seeing if they can maybe give us a corner to park them all in.

I have a previous engagement Sunday. Plus I'm not sure I want to drive my current 79 Bronco that far. LOL I do look forward to future meets. Especially when/if my new Bronco shows up. Be nice if this could be a monthly event around town so everyone has a chance to participate.
