Does anyone know how I can gain access to the driver side front door wiring harness? I'm trying to tap into the puddle lights wire, which I understand to be Violet/green. If there is an easier way to find that wire, I'd be so appreciative!

Figured it out. Pull down the panel under the steering wheel and you can access the driver for module wiring harness on the left side. Just cut the tape back to gain access to the wires. Blue wire with light green stripe is illuminationtrigger that turns on perimeter lighting when unlocking the doors. Tied my rocklights in with that wire so they come on automatically when unlocking.

Thanks for this - looking for a different reason - how do you pull down the panel? Does it just pop out?

Yes. Pull back and towards the floor. It has clips (green in his pic)

Thanks. Sorry for the repeat question, from the top I assume (looks like the bottom is somehow hinged?

Yeah bottom is hinged. Just pull steadily and firmly from the top on each side.

Do we have the blue with green stripe trigger wire in the Black Diamond for puddle lights? Thanks in advance!

There is a big ass plug on the floor behind the kick panel on both sides, I bet that’s it too.
