WIRING HARNESS HELP

I have 2024 black diamond. I bought a sub from trail seven and it has T-tap wire connectors. It says to connect it to the positive and negative wire in the Kick panel speaker harness.
In the install video, his bronco has 2 wires. Mine has 4. Which one is positive and negative? I can’t seem to find this answer anywhere
Photos attached are of my speaker harness attached to the vehicle (ignore the exposed wire. I already tried connecting it like an idiot)
