That doesn't look right at all
You mixed up the color and it doesn’t look right? Or, are you comparing on screen color which by definition is not color correct?

It's kinda weird that Ford has two different colors named Active Orange. It's so different on the F-150 Tremor exterior. Interior might be the same though?

Comparing on screen color on a calibrated graphic design monitor. Where did that color come from? And why is it Badlands Orange rather than Active Orange? Have you mixed it up?

Got this from a ford document on trim levels. Maybe someone can grab the hexcode from this image.

Anyone have success yet? I went to Sherwin Williams to see about getting them to match and put in spray can, but to another posters point... nothing on the Badlands is big enough for them to match. I even had the Badlands Orange BRONCO inlays and it wasn't big enough... apparently need at least a square inch?

I just tweaked this in Paint super quick for background since the negative space image is so poorly done it offends me.

Looks a hair lighter, can't tell if it's monitor, or the absence of garbage on the logo. I'll do it with a real imaging program at some point.

The active orange in the badlands is nearly identical to Cyber Orange. As you can see in my profile picture i have all my exterior accents painted cyber orange. O'reillys mixed mine based of the following paint code.

1FCGWHA, M7450, M7450A, SB

Did they mix that as a single stage, or is it the tri-stage like the other touchups?

For anyone interested in the Badlands Orange color match, I went to Home Depot and had them match the handle from my Badlands and I think it came out pretty close. I've included the paint can so you have the formula/codes if you want some for yourself.

Awesome! Thank you!

Looks like Home Depot had an easier time than Sherwin Williams. I had them try and it was hit and miss, they cam close, but not sure if was this close!

what type of paint is this? Is it spray or a brush on? If brush on is it a type of exterior paint type?
