I have the Lobo Offroad molle panel which is similar except the bends go down instead of up. So the hollow points down. I have no problem accessing the top of the panel. But there's only about an inch of clearance, maybe a little more. I'll have to measure it tomorrow.

You'll end up hanging more from the panel than storing anything above it, unless it's thin.

BTW, the Lobo Offroad panel is very well made, but there are burrs at the edges of the molle openings.

This picture may give you a better idea of how much clearance there is.

Thank you CalvinT. I'm interested in ADD specifically. I have some of their other molle panels and am very impressed. And I liked the 'basket up' concept.. IF it can be accessed with roof on.

It looks very similar to the @DV8offroad in clearance. If it is, there isn't much room up there with the factory hardtop. Need to pop a panel to make things easier when mounting. With the Armadillo top there is all kinds of room for activities.
