Did a few searches, but couldn't find the specific answer to this question. Maybe I missed it.

Has anyone attempted to upgrade the wireless charging pad to a third party for better functionality? Specifically while still looking OEM. I know power supply would be the same, but maybe better contact and no overheating.

Thanks in advance.

To avoid the overheating, seems like you'd need something that keeps the phone positioned more precisely within the charging bed (e.g a iPhone magsafe magnetic ring)

I’ve seen a post where someone added a magsafe charger to a Bronco that didn’t have a charger. Would love to know how to replace my wireless charger with a magsafe.

Wait! I thought that was the phone warmer when I used it in my brother's Wildtrak... Is it supposed to charge the phone too!
Ford keeps upping the game every time!
