I honestly don't know. I'll pull up the installation guide and see if that's the issue.

Good call. Installation guide for 4 Dr states no modification needed and it is 72". Measured mine and its 72". Just measured the rock rails and they are 74". Probably enough to meet a difference.Did your installer cut them too short? I’m pretty sure the running board is cut to size.
It looks as if the bolts for the arms/steps we tightened before everything was fully assembled and adjusted. If installed correctly it’ll sit far more evenly and flush. They don't suck in all the way on one side. See how it's slanted.
I was expecting this coverage.
And got this.
They only need to be cut for the 2 door. They come the correct size needed for the 4 door, no trimming needed.Did your installer cut them too short? I’m pretty sure the running board is cut to size.
Get some mud or dirt on it please. Here’s mine
It’s plenty muddy right now this was in the summer after I had everything installed. Haven’t washed it since probably.Get some mud or dirt on it please.

Thank you sir!I will say it’s a good looking rig.
I'm in the same boat, I just want a simple rocker switch that deploys and retracts. I'd like to be able to deploy and leave them down for say, washing the roof.I’d looked at getting power running boards at one time, but the ones I looked at required plugging into the OBD II port, wasn’t interested after that.
