Another Bronco Order

So I got my Bronco back on 2/24 and then almost immediately I started getting emails from Ford with updates about my order. I never got these emails so I assumed Ford was just late to the game on updating me. Well today I got another one so I clicked the ‘Track My Order’ button and noticed the VIN is different but it’s an identical build to mine and it’s under the same order number as the one I already have sitting in my driveway. How the heck does that even happen!?

Nice!! I love my Badlands 2-door manual, but I’ve been looking for a more reasonable DD with an automatic. I wish Ford would let me swoop in to snatch this, but I’ve heard that never works out.

That’s my thought. My original dealer got bought out so there was kinda a mess around that and it was all happening during the model year change over so very possible. I would have thought Ford wouldn’t allow multiple orders with one order number

Called my salesman today and they were aware of it. He said they initially had a different VIN associated with my order in their system and then it switched to the one I eventually purchased. Somehow two orders in the same spec got associated with my single order number. He offered it to me to purchase but I don't need a clone of the one I already have.

Capitol City Ford of Greenfield in Greenfield, Indiana is where it will be at. Gets built next week and will likely show up the last week of March. They have been adding $2,500 ADM to Broncos on the lot but they would likely move off that if you called about it. My salesman was Alan.
