Antenna selection help needed

I have a new Btech uv50 x2 radio installed with midland MXTA24 cable (see pics). I’m looking for some assistance on what antenna would be best. Thanks in advance!!!

I've been using one of these Browning dual-band antennas for almost 10 years now, and haven't had any complaints. First installed on a '94 Bronco, and eventually it migrated its way to my '21. Looks like they've updated the design a bit, adding a spring to the base, but until mine starts to fail in some way, I really have no need to replace it yet.
