Anyone affected by the Fires in Colorado ?

I’m about 20 minutes south, but my coworker was evacuated. They were square in the path if the weather didn’t change. A lot of people don’t realize that the whole Denver front range is a high desert, with a lot of dry grass that is dead or dormant in the winter months. I am honestly surprised these types of fires don’t kick up more often. The winds we get can be very intense coming off the Rockies and into the flatland.
