Anyone getting any info on '23 convert from Phil Long?

Have an order in at Phil Long Chapel Hills, placed in Feb. Obviously not getting a 22 now, and I've stopped by twice now to see what we need to do to convert to a 23. My salesman has no idea, and says don't do anything, everything will happen automatically. This is somewhat contrary to what I'm reading on these forums. Anyone having any luck getting any info from this dealer? I'm about to throw in the towel and cancel due to the complete and utter lack of any kind of communication from the dealer or ford, the only thing stopping me now is knowing that they won't actually cancel my order, just mark it up 25k and put it on thier lot.

Stop talking with your salesperson and start talking with the sales manager. If they have an internet salesperson you could try to get with them. Depending on what you ordered, it won't be able to be automatic. It's possible the dealer is just switching all bronco orders off of 99 and reordering them, but they shouldn't be doing that.
