I seen these on an RCI ad on instagram but I don’t think they’re from rci, they’re not on the website. Anyone seen these before or know what brand they are?

Those are the factory bumper end caps on the steel bumper with a Sasquatch package.
Like, know them? or 'know them' in the biblical sense of the word...

Correct. They are made to match the with of the bumper end to the fender flares, They are not mudflaps.
If you have the factory steel rear bumper you can add them if you have a non Sas bumper. M2DZ-17F774-DC (right) and M2DZ-17F774-DD (left) are the Ford part numbers. But when you try to remove the narrow ones, there are some white plastic tabs that usually end up breaking so you would want some spares (4-6 or more) on hand to put on the new endcaps. W718905-S300 is the part # for the white plastic tabs that hold them on.
