Got them off ebay. They are OEM Ford Fender badges. Got super lucky with these as they were practically, if not, new. I can't remember what the listing said but perfect condition with no scratches or marks. Love them!

I've never seen anyone here with that kind of badging but it's a great idea. You could probably find some on EBay and have a world's first.

I have these (blue field). I used an epoxy to level the back of the badge's voids and have applied 3M adhesive tape. But I'm unsure if it is adequate to withstand the added weight of the epoxy along with the metal. Plenty of adhesive tape in the rectangle field, but there is very little on the smaller script letters.I went back a little further...
I have no problem with the phrase "Sport" on my Bronco. I've seen some of the acrylic badging and they look cheap.

? Yes, my badge is the same as yours just with the blue field. It is all metal (removed the metal posts for mounting on the EB fender). But didn't you add epoxy to level out the voids? I was afraid that not enough contact would be made with the adhesive tape and the fenders surface without bringing the adhesive tape flush with the badge's back.

No I used the spongy tape to avoid some of the body curves. Worked out well.

Used some paint markers to color the “XL” orange to match the remaining accents. Was on the fence with it at first but now I’m happy with it.
