[Apple CarPlay/HomeKit] - How to get HomeKit to work?

Set-up:
Bronco obviously
iOS 15/HomeKit
MyQ Garage Doors (3)
MyQ Home Bridge - All doors working
"Suggestions in Dashboard" turned on in CarPlay
"Precise Location" enabled under HomeKit
Scenes for Leave Home/Arrive Home in HomeKit created

Problem: I cannot get the "suggestion" for the garage door to show up when I arrive/leave the house and if I use Siri to use the door, she tells me I have to unlock the phone (happens with both wired and wireless connections).

Any suggestions on a fix/adjustment/solution?

do you have location services turned on in your phone? Do you get location based suggestions elsewhere? For example, when I leave work everyday, I get a suggested route to my gym or when I get in the every morning for work, I get a suggested route to work.

Yes...I'll add that to the post, but I have "Precise Location" enabled under HomeKit.
