Apple CarPlay Wireless Adapter for YouTube|Netflix

So as the Bronco does come with wireless Apple CarPlay from Ford has anyone added a YouTube / Netflix wireless CarPlay adapter from Amazon? If so which did you use? I found one I want to buy but want to make sure it does not cause a glitch because I do currently have wireless CarPlay from Ford installed but now really want this to get YouTube & NetfFlix added. I’ve seen where Forscan has been used I think but not interested in that seems too techy - I would prefer this plug and play dongle instead. Thx!

The one I used is Binize and you can view full screen or small screen. I know some were having issues with that when using other CarPlay adapters. I have had mine for over 1yr with no issues.
