I just finished up the install with 4x4 LED's kit and the manifold. Probably could of just ran the quick connect right off of the compressor but the spot is kind of awkward compared to the original arb compressor. The extra ports will be adapted to NPT and should have a homebrew wifey air system installed soon.

You definitely don't need the manifold though.

On a side not, I am using redline hood struts and it gets close to the elbow on the manifold. Some of the other brands use a different mounting location and it may interfere.

Where is your coupler btw?

Yeah the side mounted ports on the brushless suck lol, but they still work. Our coupler/switch kit can be used with the brushless and it makes more sense to use that to allow for the coupler to be in a better spot. Although there is no plug and play switch option so you have to cut the connector off the switch and run an extra power wire. Not a huge deal though

I initially installed mine (not a brushless) without a manifold.
And I promptly destroyed my air hose (a cheap HF one) the first time I filled my tires from the heat.
I then bought the ARB manifold & a 6' braided stainless line & the quick connect (all from Adam's site) & ran it to the front bumper for easy access.

Haven't had an issue with it since, still using a cheap HF air hose (they replaced the first one under warranty).

That's actually a great idea! Back when we had our TJ, I ran lines to both bumpers, had a Viair pump under the hood and a 3 gallon tank under the Jeep body and it worked great! (Ignore me in the pic, LOL!)

I believe I'll just order a longer SS line and mount mine in the front bumper as well! What length of line did you buy?

Just looked up my order - it was a 1.5M line. It fits pretty well the way I ran it. Nothing is pulling right but nothing is loose enough to get caught up on anything either.

Question to those who may know and help. I want to put an ARB under my hood (25 Badlands SAS), but I am also considering putting airbags in the rear for towing. Can I plumb the airbags off the ARB manifold?

Yes you can. With our kit it'll give you an ARB Air Compressor under the hood and you can plumb it however you like.

What you'd want to do is put a T in so that one side goes to a regular air coupler and the other side will end up going to a manifold/airbag system.

Not only can you use it for airing up tires but you can use it for airbags, lockers, train horns, etc...

Yup you could. I've toyed with doing that on my Power Wagon for the last 10 years and haven't done it. AirLift has a pressure/adjustment tack on deal for in-cab use, but it is kinda goofy looking. If you're going to use if for some leveling at night with a rooftop tent or Four Wheel Camper in my case, it might be worth it. (that's what I use mine for many times, final leveling, beyond load carrying)

Thank you. I will look at your kit again, and try to figure out where I could then mount a manifold.
