Personally; I have purchased several items from them. The products are custom and some of the best workmanship you will find. A smaller company with a passion for auto accessories. All businesses are struggling to hire help. Do you want them making items or answering emails all day? I understand people's frustrations but I have had zero issues with this company. When I needed some black screws, they sent them right out. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.
@Administrator should just shut this thread down. You’re all beating a dead horse. For the TLDR crowd:
1. Some don’t care about the wait because of the quality
2. The rest are upset to be lied to about the real wait time, having their money tied up and not getting timely communication.
3. AR likely has cash flow issues
