If you do a re-lo bracket, why the need for an adjustable bar? You should have recentered the axle with it, to offset the lift.

almost everything I've read and seen has the track bar being needed.

If you lift the suspension 3" and drop the trackbar 3" then there is no need for adjustment. (and no weird unsettling rear sway in dips)

Both my Power Wagon and Land Cruiser have the same rear suspension setup. Relocation brackets are key. No need for aftermarket expensive trackbars. Bronco should be no different.

Getting prepared to install a icon S4 kit on my 23'.

I'm likely getting the fabtech track bar bracket https://fabtechmotorsports.com/prod...96CAquHu5AVZePmiU94sXfIVF-f3exnWR4Y6k4x0TnvsO unless the concesses is there is a better option.

I assume there is variability in track bars, can't seem to find a clear "winner" on which to go with. Any advice is welcomed.
Can't comment on the Fabtech bracket. I went w/ the RockJock bracket and Metalcloak adjustable track bar. As others have mentioned, with the bracket you MAY not need an adjustable bar however it will give you the ability to perfectly center the rear end. Worth the effort IMO.

The bracket is very helpful... If you need an adjustable track bar itself as well then know the only "real" difference between track bars is the end links. The stock track bar comes with polymer bushings. They are relatively quiet and long lasting. There are a number of manufacturers that claim how their "polymer" is better than others... Okay fine, maybe something to that but the differences are not huge. Then there are johnny joints, one end or both ends. Johnny joints allow more freedom of movement but also require lubrication often... I probably over do it but I lube mine about every 1000 miles. Other than that you have pretty pretty milled aluminum or steel vs basic steel pipe. I went the basic steel pipe route and painted it a pretty blue to match my rig. Simple, strong, a little less resistance to articulation and a lot more maintenance.... but I like mine. I went with Core 4x4 out of Utah. Small family company. Seem like really good people. Quality product at a good price.... Your best ride is when that track bar (the fifth link) is horizontal at rest...

The difference between a drop bracket and adjustable bar is that you better know how to adjust it correctly. But even with an adjustable bar, the new geometry angle is slightly off compared to going with a drop bracket.

I'll have both the bracket and a bar on hand during the install, if the bracket does the trick then no need for me to use the bar. I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and have to wait for it to arrive

I went with rockjock (basically the same as fab tech) relocation bracket when I first did my 3ā€ lift and did not need an adjustable bar…recently I did core double johnny joint control arms and track bar after doing procomp coilovers hoping to get better rear end movement…but the track bar was unnecessary for centering the rear axle…and in fact all the new arms were probably unnecessary…they are heavier through…good luck!

What made you go with the rockjock over fabtech?

The rockjock does seem to be a popular choice but it isnt clear on why.

pretty much much price and availability but also because of some ill-rational reason I don’t really like fabtech.

Is that bar on vehicle adjustable or do you have to remove one end?
