I’m really leaning towards BL NON SAS upgraded beadlock wheel but I’m concerned the offset of the SAS package wheels might be a wider offset... would anyone have info or opinion to offer?
In pictures the regular BL looks narrower for some reason

No -
SAS offset 30
BL optional 55

So SAS stick out about one more inch.

Thank you that’s great information. I’ve noticed the wider flairs missing on the regular BL beadlock wheels.....

That makes the choice harder because I like the wider stance!

So.... if we upgrade the 33’s with 35’s they’ll probably have rubbing issues?

It’s a debate for me too. Not sure if I want to spend the extra money even though I like the badlands optional wheels, as I think I’ll want the wider clearance eventually.

You could run 1” spacers for a while with 35’s and the upgrade the wheels later.

Another alternative is meeting in the middle and running 34’s. Been researching it this morning, the stock bfg is 32.8” x 11.5”. Going to a 285/75r17 puts you roughly 33.8”x11.2”, which should clear on a BL with the added clearance it comes with over the lower trim levels. Toyo open country at3’s measures 33.9”x11.3”, which should still fall into the sweet spot.
