My Ford work truck has a feature where if you push the unlock button twice on the fob and hold it on the second push, the windows roll down automatically. Kind of an interesting feature but nice on a hot day if your vehicle has been in the sun. I was wondering if anyone could try and confirm if the bronco has this or not at one of the dealer shows that everyone’s going to? Thanks. Cheers.

Something I've also been wondering and haven't had the time to search the forum for answer. Thanks for asking this one!

in my F150, you can use Forscan to program this feature.

I imagine the bronco will have it, as just about every other late model ford has it. What they need to add is the button combo to roll them back up!

For real!!! That would be the best thing ever!!! Don’t know why it hasn’t been done before.

My '17 Fusion had the roll down AND up option. I just had to double click the lock button and hold it on the fob.

As long as the door modules support this feature in the firmware it should be able to be enabled via forscan if it's not already. I've tried this on older vehicles (2013) and the modules didn't support this, however it worked on my brothers 2015 F150.

Ya it's dumb how not all vehicles have up, like the mustang.... Silly. Should be universal across all platforms imo.

Forscan is the software to access the as built data in all the modules, and re-code them. Google search will take you down a long rabbit hole! LOL

that feature is called “Global Opening”.

the wife’s 2013 Fusion Titanium will roll all of the windows down or up as well as open or close the sunroof just by pressing and holding the lock or unlock button on the key fob.

neat idea to let the heat out of a baking black leather interior on a hot day. But honestly we’ve rarely used it.
