I'm installing fog lights and the Auxiliary switch 1 (which is a yellow wire under hood of drivers side) has no power. I had to hook lights to switch 2. Any reason for this?

Possibly three things. Fuse. Bad aux panel/switch. Bad power junction box (had this happen to me due to aux 6 firing when vehicle was off and switch was off).

Might sound stupid, but are you sure the ignition was on?
