I have a 2022 Outer Banks with B&O sound, truthfully its weak. I have already swapped all speakers put 3 inch tweeters in dash 6.5 full range in kick panel, replaced rear pods and installed 6.5 mid sub and cut hole in grill and installed 1.5 in dome tweeter on each side. still not enough. Now I have purchased a 2000 watt 4 channel amp and a 12 inch sub. My thoughts are one channel bridged on amp for sub and rear pods get other channel. I hear B&O messes with signal to sub so would it be best to use signal to rear pods for after market sub and just leave factory in place working? Or do I use signal to sub and amplify that? I have the High to low input for RCA connections just not sure where to install them for best sound.

Yeah - sounds like you found out the hard way that the B&O DSP won't do anything for you with the speakers you chose. Changing the fronts to 3" tweeters from 4" full range probably made it worse, and full range in the kick panels with dome tweeters is only going to get you more highs and not enough mid bass. As for the sub 12" is likely overkill and not really sure how you plan to mount that unless you are doing a stinger tailgate sub.

The general consensus has been to replace the 4" locations with anything from Kicker, Infinity, Focal, JL Audio or AudioFrog. Then the rear 4" can be the same or replaced with 6.5" pods. The kick panels if replacing at all should be component woofer only like Memphis MOJO Pro with really high efficiency. All of that can run off the stock B&O amp/DSP. Then run a Kicker Comp R 8" sub in the B&O enclosure, with a Kicker Key 500.1 amp and volume knob. It may not win audiophile awards, but it is lightyears better than the factory B&O and plenty loud and clear for top off / doors off riding. Probably not what you wanted to hear but that's the best I can offer.
