Baja Designs LP4 Linkable Bumper Kit

What do you guys think of this? Is this something you think we should out out? This is a prototype and this is NOT available from Baja Designs. This is a custom kit we're building for a friend of the shops (he has a new Bronco Raptor we're outfitting).

The lights sit further out in this test but our brackets will have the LP4 system sit right over the bumper (just like the XL Sport Linkable system).

You can't build this kit, as it will require our custom Bronco brackets. But we're putting some feelers out there to see if folks would be interested in this kit.

Not sure about pricing yet... the XL Sport Linkable sells for $1538.95 - LP4 cost a lot more so a kit like this would go for AROUND $1,900.

the issue with the BD Linkable (that I don't like) is that you can't selectively turn on the lights. As in when you turn it on, all the lights comes on.

Will this set up have the same behavior?

Yes you can... if you use your own harness. We already sell a harness that lets you do this Our triple fog light harness works on the Linkables. 2 lights per upfitter. We have the Raptor guys doing this and a few Bronco guys have done this also.

But out of the box the XL Linkable system is daisy chained (same way the Diode SS5 kit is). But nothings stopping you from disconnecting the factory installed harness from Baja/Diode and installing a different one.

So via our kit it'll be either ALL ON via 1 switch or you can use 3 switches (1 switch per pair).

We don't have our brackets made yet, but this is what it looks like with the normal bronco brackets from Baja (this is why we're making new ones).

Ours will probably be able to support 5x LP4 or 6x LP4 so you can save a bit of $$ with less LP4

It'll be basically similar to the Baja Designs one... only longer to account for the larger lights (mounting 5 or 6).

It's almost what our OnX6 brackets look like, only taller

Welp we did it. We finalized our mounting system and produced a small batch of brackets for our LP4 Linkable Kit. Everything you need is included in the kit (minus some hand tools). We have LIMITED batches of these, since we only did a VERY small run on our mounting brackets. It's also VERY expensive ($2,899.95) but you get a lot for your money. That's 6x LP4 Pro Lights. Plus our brackets cost us a lot to make. We're basically passing on the cost to our customers.
