If the airbag were to deploy, is that thing gonna rip your ear off? EDIT: Or will it just go up into the roof?@bartact grab handles 550 cord cobra weaved.
side airbag deploys down you’ll be fine.If the airbag were to deploy, is that thing gonna rip your ear off? EDIT: Or will it just go up into the roof?
I know it goes down, I was just wondering if it hangs down enough could the airbag catch it and come down with it. But after looking at it for a second, I think that plastic panel will flip up and the handle will go with it.side airbag deploys down you’ll be fine.
I think they mean if you use them their liability in negated. You can put chicken wire over them too but you have no recourse if say it removes your head in a crashWhat is really dumb, is the comment from some folks and maybe even Ford, that they can't install grab handles over those air bags. But I have grab handles over the airbags in my Toyota Tundra up the windshield pillars.
I mean that mine are factory installed over the airbags.I think they mean if you use them their liability in negated. You can put chicken wire over them too but you have no recourse if say it removes your head in a crash
The paracord looks nice. I went with the rubber. When removing the bolts, did it feel like they weren’t that tight? Mine weren’t that tight so just wondering if it was just me or if that’s how they were supposed to be.@bartact grab handles 550 cord cobra weaved.
Very true. Driver side was tighter then passenger side. They did seem a little loose tho. I tightened by Feel to about about 35nm.The paracord looks nice. I went with the rubber.
