Base Base arrive before BB or BD? Still a lot of constraints?

Hello All,

Now that I’m looking at a MY23 2-door (hopefully) I’m thinking of switching my order from a BD down to a Base Base. Just to build it out myself. Is there any reason to think a Base would arrive before a BD?

I would keep the 2-door and 10 speed options. Dropping the BD trim and mid package. Are there still a lot of constraints?

Not sure if you can definitively say yes or no to that question as there's so much that goes into when/if things are built. I'd think a base would have less chance of constraints since it's well, a base. I'm picking up my base wolk in order that I placed in January on Friday. I will be adding the BD steelies and rock rails to make it 'look' like a BD.....

As said above, other factors such as dealer allocations can have an effect. My January 2022 ordered 2-door Base with 2.7L was delivered two weeks ago (9 months from order to delivery.)

I don't recall the mid-package or rear lockers being a constraint in the last year. So I don't believe that will be any help.
