Base with auto as only option, then Portals?

So about $51K would get you a 23w/auto and portals (for $16K).
Gearing would go to a 5.03 (effective), so really only about 7% more gear
than SAQ, if 35's dropped on. Eventually some kind of lockers, wouldn't be too
picky on them (maybe even upgraded front axle at some point).

And with entire drivetrain warantee probably hosed due to portals
(yes, not technically maybe, but anyone think Ford is honoring anything
in the base drivetrain, when you roll in with portals and even "just" 35's??), possibly
an eventual Godzilla swap (or coyote if no way to get godzilla through emissions).

HAHA!!, didn't realize they were from there until I re-read the portal thread. At least they have delivered product in the past. Would have to dig heavily to see the health of the company now.


Shame the 74weld's are under 4" portal drop, and not as much gearing.
