Did they remove / install the rings or you?Had a local shop powder coat paint match Velocity Blue. Only $230 for all 5 rings.
I removed them myself with 20V impact wrench and torx bit, so was pretty easy. I ran them with no rings for awhile before I decided to get them painted. I liked the all black look as well.

Yes made sure they were clear and cleaned the mounting surface before putting them back on.
