I don't care for how it looks in the Bronco either, but then again, I don't care for what Ford put in my Bronco either .You may be the only person in the world unhappy with the gauge cluster change.
I'm with you. Like my OG BB grille, sandstone cloth, 2 door, no mid package, rear locker BB Unicorn.Dang. I know I’m probably the only one on here to think this, but I love the Big Bend grille. Bought this trim specifically for the grille and cloth seats. Got screwed out of the cloth but I got the grille.
I guess I definitely need to start looking for takeoff BB grilles to keep as spares. Deer around here come looking for cars to run in front of.
Paint colors are going to change that’s to be expected. It’s easy enough to take the grill out and paint it.The color is different though as the Outer Banks it is gloss black instead of silver.
Part of the reason why I bought mine, had the mid package so it is like a luxury car in terms of features in my opinion and was capable offroad, perfect. My recollection is not many on this sub used the like the BB or OBX grilles. I think it is a big improvement. Also not a bad deal to get a BB with 12" infotainment, digital instrument cluster and MGV. No wonder I see so many people posting their new BBs on r/fordbronco.
I do agree that the Black Diamond and Base Grille look most like the original grille, just with Eruption Green I prefer the grille of the Big Bend more now.I hated the BB grille also so this was the very first thing I changed when the other grilles became available over 3 years ago. I put the Black Diamond on since I thought it looked the closest to the 66' than any of the others. Anyone need an old BB grille collecting dust??

You still got your BB grille? I got a Badlands and I've been thinking about going the opposite way. I like the big-pill-hole grille a lot.Yes, the BD and Base grills are closest to the G1 grill. But IMHO, the BB and OB grills are just butt a$$ ugly, and I own a BB. But swapped out a takeoff Badlands, and absolutely love the transformation. Add in the silver stripe, the Bronco Script, and I have a 2DR BB EG that no one else has.
I do not. @MNBigfoot now has it, since a pheasant I believe took out his. There are a ton available, hopefully you can find one close by.I'll mourn this loss but it does seem like that grille was somewhat unpopular. Maybe they're just trying to push people up the trim-level tree?
