Rebadged Black Stallion today! I like the old school Bronco look! Of course, had to keep at least one Badlands Sasquatch sticker on the back window. I’m almost done for a few months (at least that is what I keep telling myself). Just waiting on the Ford emblem overlay; went with black with white “Ford” lettering!

Added rear cargo shelf by Broaddict. It’s a simple install, gives additional space that is needed with the 2 Door. Can be used with or without the roof. Excellent for concealing shotgun or riffle.

How does the shelf brackets attach to the vehicle? I found a video on Amazon of this shelf being installed and they removed trim pieces to attach the shelf, which means that those openings are exposed. I thought it looked terrible. But in your photos, it looks like the mount goes around the roll cage and attaches with the bolts that hold the top down. What mount is correct?

I was confused at first too, but there was a review that showed the correct bracket for the 2 doors. This basket is nice. Just don’t overtighten the screws that hold the shelf to the mount. As the shelf has to be taken out every time you take your roof off. But the functionality vs a few extra minutes is worth it to me. Here are some pictures of the bracket.

I added 1/16 thick adhesive foam tape to the bracket part that attaches to the Bronco Roof mounts, so when no top, it will not scratch the paint…. Easy install. Worth it.

Added SPV front marker lights today! They are smoke color, so they blend in nicely during the daytime. Since I already had the headlight adaptor for the backlit Rigid pod lights, it was a plug and play with a Y adaptor to add these 3 lights.

Added the TrailRax half rack recently. I went with the TrailRax half rack so I can take the roof off easier. Wanted to bring fishing poles on trips and possibly install a pelican box for extra storage. Was averaging 19.4 MPG combined without rack; after 16 hour round trip to Florida with fishing poles attached and swift speeds I’m currently averaging 18.4 MPG. Unsure if it was the 78 mph speeds on the hwy, the rack or the combination of both. No additional wind noise noticed. I installed myself, took 2-3 hours taking my sweet time.
