why does the spare tire option have the note that it’s “not for Sasquatch equipped vehicles”? Is there a specific Sasquatch link to product?
Because the sasquatch wheels are bigger and they did not include a long enough bolt is my guess.

The Baja kit fit fine on my aftermarket wheels though so I'm not 100% sure on that

Thanks for the quick reply.

are you aware of any other alternatives that have chase light and license plate relocation on the spare tire?

You could always mount the lights directly behind the spare tire, if you have the OEM wheels. That's what I did - I liked the lower profile look, and the BD's brackets bolted directly to the spare tire carrier itself.

I like that setup! Is that the same kit linked above?

What I purchased was not a kit, it's just a pair of Baja Designs lights. They come with a metal bracket, and essentially they were just installed sideways and bolted to the tire carrier. I have since removed the lens on the lights, and turned the frame so they face the "correct" way and don't look sideways, like in the picture I posted.

Super simple, low profile, great light output, and less of a target for thieves. I also had it wired to a strobe module (off Amazon) as well.

Edit: The lights are Baja Designs S1 amber "wide cornering" lights (pair). You can get them in white, and just not get a strobing module like I did.

I have a couple questions regarding the BD lights.

Do you prefer the s1 or s2 sport for bumper mounted reverse lights?

if i don’t want to tie into factory reverse lights, and only want them connected to an aux switch, how do you protect the unused connector on the harness?

S2 personally. That's what's on our Bronco.

With our kit just DON'T connect the included tail light pigtail. Just use the main harness included in the kit. Tape the extra connector off.
