I get that the trolls get to you but a lot of your focus was just feeding the trolls. You know the situation and should not have to explain your actions. Stop feeding the trolls!

Where can I get the details without watching a 60min video?
Here's a 5 minute version (youtube.com/watch?v=KZQm_3UpdO8), but the gist is we're now a Ford Performance warehouse distributor and have a very good price on the severe duty steering kit (under $1k) and lowered the price on our top end steering package as well.

That’s a great price.

That is unfortunately a limitation in the way Ford set it up, we're not sure why but always working on solutions/workarounds.

Really? Last I heard there was no work involved ...you simply use the programming that 6g folks painstakingly paved the way for and then sell it back to 6g folks.... and then act like you had something to do with it. 🤣 Reminds me of your Bronco braces that you never designed, they were copies of existing products that were already on the market for many years. joe Darlington designed the first set of tie rod braces for isuzus. back in 1999, they were call tie rod shields....and they were all over Pirate 4x4 and then irate.4x4. and other 4wd forums. later they were built for other vehicles like Toyota and even H3s.

OEM knuckles busted by driving fast through Baja style terrain ....this is WITHOUT the added leverage of portals....
everyone wants increased performance, as do I, but that almost always comes at an engineering cost or trade off. Conservation of mass, momentum, and energy.

imagine portals that are 3 feet tall instead of a few inches. Awesome ground clearance but that clearance adds more than 3 foot moment arm (leverage) to the front suspension. Distance from tire/ground contact (applied force) to LCA/knuckle attachment. Not hard to imagine the severe stress conditions with such a design.

any portal design (even a few inches) will eat into the oem knuckle factor of safety. A proper analysis is required to determine if a new knuckle design is warranted, especially under heavy load use.

lots of aftermarket parts are put out there for performance gains without thorough thought about system level consequences.
