The dealer needs to order the 'Big Bend 4-Door Advanced 4x4 (221A). That's required to add the Squatch package.
If they tried to order just the 'Big Bend 4-Door', it won't let you add Squatch.

In this case I think you mean Base 4-Door Advanced 4x4 (E5D) instead of Base 4-Door (E5B)

It's either the rock rails, which I doubt, or the pod lights which I suspect. Have not seen the pod lights on B & P as being available on the base. Everything other the rails and lights were on my build which was no problem...
My dealer had to remove the rockrails to make the order go. They have to be added at the dealer.
It is the rock rails.
And Bimini top in my case.

Just ordered my Base a few hours ago.
Adding rock rails threw up a flag on the order screen saying I need to jump up to BD or BL ...or get rails through dealer.

I went through this with my dealer on my 2-door BASE Squatch. It's the rock rails and the lights. They are dealer-install only, you can't get them on the vehicle from the factory. It probably has something to do with accessories availability and/or streamlining the assembly line. My dealer simply told me to order them separately and they would install them for no charge, but I have a very long relationship with them.
