I see bolts all around; looks like a beadlock to me.

They are beadlock capable. Ford can not sell the vehicle with beadlock mounted tires legally. It's intended for off-road use, and not the average user. The actual beadlock ring is a separate purchase.

These are trim/beauty rings. The tire is mounted the standard way.

Thanks that is some of them. Most of the ones on the flare itself have head and rubber washer that retains it on the flare. You don’t happen to have that part # do you?
