I knew I wanted 285 KO2's, but expected it would take until the first tire change for me to let myself buy them. When I found Badlands take-offs on FB Marketplace... wheels, tires, TPMS sensors still installed... for about the cost of 3 new KO2's, it was a giant no brainer. They lived under a tarp in my tiny living room for about 6 weeks while production and shipping was completed, and were on my Bronco 90 minutes after getting it home for the first time. Although Badlands rims were disparaged in 2020/2021 threads, I loved them more than any other non-sasquatch offering. Never imagined it would be so easy to get my own.

I struggled a LOT with choosing trim package, but in the 2 year + 2 week wait didn't change a thing on my order (even though I was tempted to all the time).

Also 100% agree with your assessment on aesthetics. I think sasquatch is badass, and looks so over the top on the 2-door, but it wasn't for me. 285 KO2's just look so immaculate on a 2-door. Perfectly proportioned in my eyes.

Nice! My original order was the Black Diamond in Antimatter Blue MY21. Was pushed to MY22. Before converting my order to the 22 banks I attended the Bronco Off-Rodeo in Vegas (7Oct21). After seeing and experiencing the factory off road tech I HAD to go Badlands, Velocity Blue. Couldn't pass up the opportunity to change trim since I didn't have a VIN yet. Presently, it's on a train. Been tracking it since the 3rd. Departed Colton, CA last night (I'm in San Diego) so, if it doesn't sit too long waiting for a truck transport, I'll see it by the end of next week (consertively speaking). Great ride! You going to off road it? But any other accessories yet?

Nice! Well, i see aftermarket wheels tures, and rock sliders/ side steps, no camera/light on side mirror. Tail light doesn't look like upgraded LED. Is this a Base? Manual? Love the all black!

Departed Colton, CA last night (I'm in San Diego) so, if it doesn't sit too long waiting for a truck transport, I'll see it by the end of next week (consertively speaking). Great ride! You going to off road it? But any other accessories yet?

You are in the easiest and hardest part of the process right now. The end of the train means the opportunity for tracking stops, but the start of the truck is the 2nd to last step. Mine landed this past Thursday, so the feelings of the wait are still very much in the front of my mind. I'm thrilled for you, and no doubt that Badlands is going to be a monster.

I'll be off-roading it plenty, but not the same recreational uses that most people here are getting theirs for. I'll do some of that, but nothing with the same degree of challenge. Most of my normal use in 4WD is going to be work-related... I'm an specialized engineer and almost all of my field work is in advance of any sort of improvements or developments to sites. I'm usually the first scout out there, and I've come so close to getting my ancient 2WD truck stuck plenty.

Nice - understand. I also find myself on dirt and sometimes muddy roads at work getting to firearm ranges/training areas.

I had a 1991 two door Eddie Bauer 5.0 liter, all stock. Looking for a 2022 when someone is ready to sell, in 2023 or 2024. I am a two door Bronco guy in AZ, but with no Bronco, for now.

Wow, thanks for the pic. First I've seen of it installed by a B6G member. I was looking forward to the TrailRax Half Rack paired with their Pak Rax, but they couldn't figure out how to make it work.

Would you mind posting a couple of pics from showing front of the rack in relation to the roof panels? I'm trying to figure out if it will work with the Sunrider.

We figured it out. it is in testing now... should be available in the fall.

Is it going to be compatible with the Bestop Sunrider? The primary reason I want the half rack is so I can still flip the Sunrider open at will.
