The Bell curve bean counters will never let it happen. If you do make one out of veg-tanned leather, please post up a how-to with pictures.
You can always have a local auto upholstery company make one using your existing top as a pattern. Just tell you want it a little tighter as 21-22 oem tops wave too much.
